So what is Tantra? …Tantra isn't just about sex, it's a lot more than that!  Tantra is a life approach, which originated in ancient India.  It integrates sexuality, emotions, the senses, love and consciousness. It's about learning how to get more fun, joy and fulfilment in all areas of your life.  Tantra can help to improve your love life, but it also can help to improve your self-awareness, self-confidence and communication skills in all social situations.

 

It will be an interactive day, where you will discover more about yourself through various meditations, exercises and sharings. And don't worry, you keep your clothes on!

The workshop will be facilitated by Joginder & Marketa who have been studying and practising tantra for many years.  They completed the 3 year Tantra Master Training with the School of Awakening.  They have also both completed the School for the Work of Byron Katie and have much experience in a holistic healing, meditaion, communication skills and relationship work.
