In this workshop you will also learn all about the mind-body connection - the effects of thoughts, emotions, imagination and beliefs on the brain and how the brain changes in response to what we focus on. You'll also learn some of the effects of the mind throughout the body, from the impact on the cardiovascular system, even to effects at the cellular and genetic level. Discover the power of visualization and learn some of the practices used by people around the world to help facilitate their recoveries from illness.
