We will use a variety of creative tools and practices to create a safe, supportive and sacred space to affirm and honour our feminine essence.

Areas of exploration include self-love and knowledge, healing, engaging with our inner child and our relationship with ourselves, others and the world.

Facilitated by:

Marketa Rozsypalova is a teacher of Tantra, Goddess Within and The Law of Attraction workshops. An experienced holistic therapist and Reiki Master, she has been practising meditation, yoga and energy work for many years and has a great passion for dance, conscious food and holistic living.

"I love facilitating these women's groups as it is always a very powerful and nurturing experience. I follow a tantra path that gives me the spontaneity and freedom to pick up a desire and bring it into the meditation, dance, sharing, co-creation, exercises and intuitively to embrace all that. I trust that love, sacred space and honesty are the tools to heal and open our hearts. The courage to be who we truly are is a motor to keep us going through any feeling, pattern or belief that may challenge us. It is a 'wonder-full' ride to meet ourselves."
