Most of the food is prepared below 43 degree Celsius and so contains high level of nutrition and nature's love. It also includes superfoods. Herbal tea or filtered water is available. Different menu each time based on availability of seasonal produce items. If you have any allergy or sensitivity (e.g. nuts) please note we can offer a limited selection of the menu if discussed in advance.
