The Road Least Travelled
inspired by The latest album from Lucinda Drayton
A gifted singer/songwriter who has sold over 100,000 albums.
In our fast paced world of materialism and distraction it is so easy to find oneself on a treadmill, running to just try and keep up.
It takes courage to set off of this treadmill. It takes courage, honesty and the determination of one swimming upstream, often against the tide of popular opinion.
It takes faith in the self and in life. It also requires one to travel the road of the inner journey and really listen to the voice of the heart.
During this one day workshop we will explore some of these ideas. We will take a look at what is really important to us and work with some simple tools and ideas that might begin the process of unravelling the illusions from the truth. Of course we cannot do this in a day. In fact it may take the rest of our lives, but the rewards are immense, a life well lived, a life of menaing and prupose and a heart that is content with all that I am.
The day will include teachings, discussion, excercies in small groups. Meditation and reflection and also the music of Lucinda Drayton
(Lucinda will also perform a concert on Fri 20 Nov 2015 - click here for more details)
